main product will be healthy food, smoothies, ice cream and Popsicle production. main service will be clean family pass time in a clean environment with a great view of the ocean.

since we started this park project just a handful of people would visit this old park. when the community started to purchase from us and notice we where determined to renovate the park through sales...a movement started and 100's of people started to talk about us and what we are doing for the park. we are now a fully operational business with 8 staff members and 3 management heads. We have kept our strategy simple by keep focus on 3 things 1. Quality, 2. Price and 3. Customer Reviews.

My role during this phase is to guarantee information is clear for the evaluation phase. Can you provide more information on: 1. Can you tell us more about the impact you have had on the community, particulary related to young people's lives? 2. How have you managed to approach to the community? ¿how does this project actually responds to problems you found before? what was it like before and what is it like now? 3. Why is your proposal innovative and different form other food related businesses that normaly function in parks and similar facilities? 4. What are some of the lessons learned during the implementation of this project?
